Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assisting individuals with their daily activities and personal care needs.
  • Collaborating with a team of caregivers to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals, providing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling paperwork as required.
  • Conducting unannounced inspections on home caregivers to ensure compliance.
  • Performing comprehensive evaluations and assessments of Service Users.
  • Promptly reporting any issues to management staff.
  • Maintaining accurate daily logs of activities, observations, and direct service hours.
  • Ensuring that services adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Carrying out assigned duties as directed by the Registered Manager.
  • Actively participating in orientation, company training, and meetings with colleagues.
  • Terms of work

    A senior carer position is available at most of the locations throughout UK. The duration of the contract period for the work is for 3 years. It’s a full time job with 37.5 work hours per week excluding overtime. Overtime work is paid additionally. On an average, a senior carer earns a minimum of £10.10 per hour and it varies with the employer and the experience of the candidate.

    Eligibility

    Nurses with Diploma/Degree/Masters
    Nurses with a minimum 2 years of clinical experience
    IELTS (Academic or UKVI) pass with an overall of 6.5 or OET with no band less than C+
    Employment gap of less than 24 months
